Goat build their range around sporting themes, and each barrel has a distinct profile rather than being one shape in different finishes.

Strikes is the unusual one — a back-weighted barrel, which almost nothing else in our range is. Nearly every dart made is centre or front loaded; this puts the mass behind your hand.

The effect is a flatter, more level flight. Where a front-loaded dart tips nose-down and drops into the board, a back-weighted one holds its line and arrives straighter, which suits a fast, direct throw rather than one that relies on an arc. It's worth trying if you throw hard and have always found darts dropping shorter than you aimed.

The grip is the lightest in the Goat range at 1.5 out of 5 — with the mass behind your fingers there's less need for the barrel to hold on, and a smoother surface releases more cleanly.
